My Star Rating

I have always had a 5 start rating but now it has gone to a 4.8 and the reason seems to be my shipping. I have ALWAYS shipped the same or next day when the order was received and have even revrived excellent comments on my shipping so this must be an error! I feel this is affecting visits to my shop and have no idea how my shipping (or anything else for that matter) brought my rating down. This must be a technical error and I would appreciate someone checking on this as soon as possible   My shop is jewelryjustbyjudy. Thank you

You will have to contact Etsy. And I doubt has any bearing on your visits. The star seller is so old, it's become redundant.

A customer gave you a 4 star on the 17th March, delivery a 4 star. This would have brought your star rating down to 4.8

According to the Etsy buyer app your shop has a star rating of 4.75.

Shop star rating is for the last 12 months only. Since you only had a few reviews in the last 12 months, your recent 4 star review would be the reason for such a big change.

This is not a technical issue and your shop rating appears to be represented correctly. No need to contact Etsy.

These are not part of our shop star criteria.  The shop star averages are based purely on our product review ratings.
