Hello, My shop selling digital products was put on vacation mode. Although the warning said it could take up to 48 hours, my shop has been in vacation mode for about a week now. I have 22 customer reviews, all of which are 5-star. Moreover, I have never delayed my payments. Please, can someone help me or at least explain the reason for this? I would be so grateful.
