My Shop Option or Location keeps Changing

Hi Team, I am located in Australia and my shop FoxAndFaieDesigns sells to Australia, New Zealand and Japan.  Recently I have noticed that the location in Shop Option keeps changing from Australia to USA and the pricing on my articles keeps changing from AUD to USD.  I have gone into settings and changed back to Australia with AUD and saved it but it won't "stick".  Is anyone else experiencing these issues?  TIA. Your shop location is showing as Australia and cannot change on its own.  Do you mean that your items are showing as if you are in the US? Did you ever switch it to see how things looked if you were in the USA?  If so, your device might be remembering that so clear your cookies and your cache or log in with a different browser.

Unfortunately, many sellers, including me, have reported this location and/or currency changing on its own issue.  I can reset it, then as soon as I switch to a different page, it resets itself to the incorrect location and currency. I even had Etsy correct it once, but as soon as I clicked on a listing, it switched back again.   On and off over the last three or four years, my shop location changes to UK and currency to £ sterling.  However, it's only in the shop view, not in the shop manager and is only visible by the shop owner.  Still, it's a pain in the .....

Thanks for you feedback.  It's only showing the USA on my phone and I have recently changed phones so it may be something to do with that. I'll clear my cache to see if that helps.
