Hello there, I check my Recent Activity every day. On Saturday, I sold an item, but it hasn't shown up in my recent activity, and it's been over 24 hours. Is this a glitch? Thank you in advance.
Are you talking about the Recent Activity on the dashboard? I'm not sure if there is a lag on what shows there or not. I only go by what shows on the order page. Did the order go to your orders page? If not, it's possible there was an issue with the payment & maybe Etsy canceled the sale.
Thank you for your responses. It does show in my Orders and also in my Payment account but wasn't in my Recent Activity. I just went back and checked again, and it looks like it has been updated and is showing new favorited items and orders from the last three days. Perhaps it was a glitch. Thanks again for your help.
