Etsy sent me an email saying the funds had been sent to Payoneer, but it's been three hours and they still haven't arrived. The transfer usually only takes a few minutes
Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Transfers are dependent on the receiver be it bank or Payoneer. Etsy says it can take up to 5 days.
If you funds are not posted within 48 to 72 hours the check with Payoneer. If they cannot find it then you may need to talk with Etsy.
