Vacation mode - can't turn off

Hello everyone, my name Mykhailo Pushyk.

I recently opened my Etsy shop and completed all the required steps.

But as soon as I finished, my shop was automatically put into Vacation Mode, even though I didn’t enable it myself.

I tried to turn it off in the mobile app and on desktop, but there’s no visible toggle, or it just turns back on.

I also didn’t receive any emails or messages explaining why this happened.

I already contacted Etsy Support but haven’t received a response yet.

Has anyone experienced this? What can I do to get my shop active and visible again?

No, not exactly....no shop location, no shop policies,etc...

Most likely Etsy found/saw something that triggered the halt on your shop....
