I just open my account on Etsy without any email. Anyone know how to fix this?

Your banner uses the word "service". Since you can't sell services on Etsy, maybe that's the reason.
The banner says they "work hard to provide you with high quality service"
I would take that to mean CUSTOMER service, especially as it seems to be a shop for journaling according to their tag line.
It could go either way.
Might be something to do with your ID? Did you upload one? Is the name on the ID exactly as given in your Etsy details?
