Our store, whilst starting out as new, missed 10 messages out of 145 for a response within 24hrs and as such didn’t qualify for a star seller badge which it states the data resets each period for reassessment, however despite missing no messages for the past two months and completing all other badges it will not allow us to have a star seller badge because of the 10 messages we were delayed upon responding to in July and its almost December now and we haven’t missed a message since now that we know to check. Can somebody please help? We are EvergreenUKBoutique and really want to earn the star seller badge prior to Christmas x
August, September, and October messages count for the November badge , if they were very late in July, they would have been included in Augusts.
For December, you will have Sept, Oct and Nov
