My Etsy Shop have been blocked.

Hi all,
I cannot log in to my Etsy shop since June 30th. One day I wanted to go on the app and proceed with the orders but I have been logged off. I used the same email I used for the last 2 years since I opened the shop and it kept saying that my email address was invalid. I thought my app needs updating so I did that, and tried to log in using two different internet browsers, but the same thing was happening, and even did say that my email address doesn't exist. 

I contacted Etsy Support about this issue and they explained me that it's been on stop due to security reasons so I had to confirm my identity in order to have my account back. All of this is taking one message a day - If I reply today, I will get the response on the next day. 

It turned out that my domain of the website I had my email address  created at is no longer active, and there was issues even when I paid extra £60 for the new plan. Since I was getting no sales on my website there was no point for me paying for this on a monthly basis, so I explained that to Etsy Support kindly asking if they could change my log in details to a different email address as the messages don't come through anymore. After about 12 days since blocking my account I could finally log in using my new login details, unfortunately it only lasted barely 24 hours, in the meantime I noticed few orders overdue by 7-14 days and started a conversation with customer briefly explaining what was going on and why such delay in dispatching their orders. Unfortunately as the customer agreed to proceed with the order, I was once again in the same situation and it's showing the same thing with new email address.

I contacted Etsy Support again, but this time I just keep getting IGNORED. literally I have no idea how to get their attention and explanation. I am sending a message to them every day for the last 5 days and I get no reply whatsoever. I had this shop since 2019 and never had any complaints.

Needless to say about my disappointment and such lack of interest in Etsy Sellers that make this company exist on the market. There is a number of guys working on Etsy Support and I can't even get a reply from single person, not even mentioning the reason why my shop have been blocked.

I don't see your shops declared on each of their profiles, which you must do to be Etsy-legal. Your other shop is open and I don't see anything that is Etsy-legal being sold there. I believe the shop you are commenting from is also reselling. So many of your 'handmade' items are available for much cheaper on other sites : (

Other shops are selling the pins a lot cheaper than you have yours priced. When Etsy closes a shop they usually will not talk with the seller anymore. They also usually close all shops the seller has.

The other shop you say you are locked out of so there isn’t anything we can do about that. By letting you know about problems with this shop we are hoping you can make the changes and save it from being closed. If you only want advice on the other shop then please don’t complain if this one gets shut down also. We are just trying to help.

Reselling items from Aliexpress that you do not make is not allowed on Etsy

@28Ounce But your Happy Baggie items also seem to be not made by you, and so not eligible to be sold on Etsy. If you're handmaking all the items in that shop, you should have an about section that shows how you make them.

Why didn't you just change the emails to your shops.  It's easy to do and getting new emails is not difficult. Ithink not changing the emails probably set this all up as a security risk.  

Etsy finally stopped responding because they probably figured you weren't changing your email address on your shop but relying on them to do it.  Or did you not get the email that said the email had been changed for verification purposes.

Sounds like a little bit is missing here in your exchange with Etsy.   Also using old information when Etsy has changed contacting protocols can also be a red flag to them. 

You need to register all shops in all public profiles.

Most likely because what you are selling in that shop is not allowed on Etsy.

I cant sell anything all weekend. No matter what I do. I oud put 50% off and free shipping and still not sell anything. Star Seller with 1600 plus sales usually multiple orders in a day. I dont believe all the BS about the "algorithm".

I'd suggest you start your own new thread rather than bringing old one back to life.
