Orange seller app keeps crushing

Orange seller app keeps crushing  - any idea how to fix this? I can’t use the new app as it also needs constant refresh to open plus it doesn’t have the details that I need to use it to ran my shop on the go. 
only change that happened is I updated my iPhone to ios 16.2 version

Update - have now updated the orange seller app - it works so far and not crushing - likely it was crushing bc I updated my iPhone to iOS 16.2 . So it seems Etsy fixed the bug for that in the November 4.2.2 update.
