I opened my shop at the beginning of January this year.

I completed all the required details, financial information, and identity verification correctly. However, my shop was immediately suspended with the following message:
"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."
Additionally, Etsy has already charged my credit card.
Now, it is already March, and my shop is still suspended. I have not received any emails, support responses, or explanations. I spent several days setting up my shop, and I was charged for opening it and for 50 listings, yet I have received nothing in return.
I would appreciate any clarification from Etsy's support team regarding this matter. Since I have paid for the service, I believe I should at least receive some response
