orders glitches

i have several orders that are showing up twice in my orders list, and now i have some that where there and now are not. it is making it impossible to keep up and to make sure everything goes out on time. etsy, as usually is no help at all. with 100 orders to fill i am having a hard time managing this. can anyone  help me wit my this is happening

With 100 orders to fill, I would concentrate on the ones you know are good.  The rest will fall as they may and you can respond as needed.

They are all good offers and paid for. No help at all.

If you're going to ask for advice, it helps to not be incredibly rude if you don't like the advice. Looking at your responses to negative feedback on your shop, that's a common theme. Some of your responses are downright insulting to the customer for what appears to be genuine feedback.

Do they have the same order number? In other words, is the same order showing twice, or have the orders been purchased twice?

Do you use another shipping company to buy labels? With both Pirateship and Shipstation, you can sort orders by customer name.

This is happening with some of my orders. I have duplicate orders from one person. The orders are not back to back and they have the same order number. So iIm making the order twice without realizing because i have many in between.

I have the same situation. I see orders I finished and shipped and then I see the same order again that I’m filling from the previous day.I have many orders lately that I have been duplicating. Can someone look into my order discrepnancy? Thank you in advance.

You are not talking to Etsy here, only other sellers. You will need to put in a help request, at the top of this page and describe your problem. If you get a canned reply, keep saying I need help if that is an option. If you do a new request they think the first one was answered and the new one goes to to the back of the line.
