I respond to all messages within minutes most of the time and hours the other part of the time. I also get my orders completed within 24 hours yet my customer service stats are not within etsy's guidelines and I'm at risk of having my listing be harder to find? This doesn't seem fair! What am I doing wrong that is causing this false report?
Have you downloaded the csv files to see where Etsy thinks you're missing the targets?
@CraftsByBrookeLyn: In what way are the stats incorrect? You need to check the applicable CSV files on your Customer Service page (previous review period for May 1st badges and star) to see what the data Etsy is using to calculate your stats looks like.
I have the same problem, as any items which are shipped without tracking show as being dispatched late, when that is not the case. Tracking and dispatching late are two different things to my way of thinking. Yes, I have checked my CSV file, as that is where I got the information from. I almost always ship same or next day and mark as dispatched as soon as I return from the Post Office.
for the badge, they have to be shipped on time with tracking
or labels bought on etsy with the QR code, and make sure the date chosen top left, is in time.
so if you buy postage at the post office, non-tracked, you won't get the badge, even if you ship and mark as shipped early
....
If you buy labels royal mail click and drop - non tracked, if you put the QR code in etsy, when you mark as dispatched, that also counts, if it is also on time.
