Unfortunately, my grandfather is currently critically ill in the hospital. In the middle of this very emotional situation, we forgot to mark several orders as “shipped” – even though they were all sent out on time. It was a mistake on our part, and I understand it can’t be undone now.
After realizing this, I made sure to get new orders and asked our customers to place them directly on Etsy instead of through our main job channels. These new orders have already been prepared and shipped on time, with tracking numbers.
However, my on-time shipping rate hasn’t changed for two days and is still stuck at 73%. I’m really doing my best to fix this and would be so grateful to know how many more successful, on-time orders I need to reach the 80% standard again.
