More Ad Clicks than Views, even after next day when stats update

When checking specific listings, yesterday my black cat listing shows 0 views, but charged me for an ad click. It makes it look like I am being charged for bots clicking ads that are later removed from the visits statistics.

Is there anything that could explain this aside from being charged for clicks that aren't real?

There is a general lacking of transparency of Etsy offsite ads, if you are in the EU you can opt out of them. If it's paid for ads it might take 30 days to work but not guaranteed it depends on the niche and product range

To be clear, I'm talking about ad clicks that I paid for that don't get counted as product views, not offsite ads. It has happened again, where yesterday I paid for 2 ad clicks, and the products both had no views at all. I'm concerned that I'm paying for these "clicks" and they're not real.
