We have been running a small shop on Etsy for 1 year.
Last month I decided to change the business details within etsy from my personal details to the business's legal details.
However, upon doing this the shop was put on "Holiday" mode, whilst the legal documents were being verified by Etsy.
The website says this takes less than a week.
However, we've now been waiting almost a month for our business ID to be verified. We are getting no updates from customer support, despite repeated messages.
Can anyone help give advice on pushing this along?
