Mobile App Product Videos Cut in Half

My product videos on the Android app only show the top half of the video unless your click through to watch them in full screen mode.

I'm using 1920x1080 videos, my phone's default.

They look fine in Chrome and Firefox on mobile and desktop. They were fine before the October app update.

@1064Vintage  Hi, I've not used the App, but it's known to be very glitchy. And I don't know why the glitches are ongoing; Etsy pushes the App quite a bit.
