I have a listing which has the personalization option set to no yet on my storefront it says 'Add your personalization' then under it 'not able to personalize'. There is a box to add personalization. 

It will not allow a buyer to order if they leave the box empty.

How do I remove the personalization?

Toggle the "personalization" switch to OFF.

Hello

I am new to Etsy and see that some of my listings require personalization. I used the link you showed and bulk clicked the button to STOP personalization. BUT the listing still show as needing personalization even after I refreshed the ads. I am losing sales as people have messaged me that they can't purchase due to this requirement in my ads. WHAT can I do to get this finally corrected. Please reply. Thanks.

I only see 2 total listings that do not show personalization.

The rest show NO BUTTON and says requires personalization.

Button to turn off missing. Also missing when I tried to do it from the link you provided for bulk editing.

I could purchase any of them with no problem.

I try to edit all listing and made off personalizay, ..apply. but again when I open the listing I see personalization on(
