Mistake with my current message response rate, How do I have it corrected?

Hello,

I believe there is a mistake with my current message response rate.  It is showing as 93% when I believe I have responded to every message within 24 hours.  I achieve the star seller badge each month.  I am concerned that this will not happen in July due to an error. How can I have this reviewed and corrected?  Thank you

Download the messaging csv from the SS page and it should show you which message(s) you missed.  It is possible you had a last minute message that wasn't actually due to be answered until after the badges were awarded.  Etsy will not count messages on the last day or two, so as not to incorrectly penalise us for messages that are not past the required response time yet.  Unfortunately, Etsy does not adjust stats after the fact, so you will probably have to live without the badge until that message drops out of calculation or you have sufficient messages to lower the impact.  I wouldn't worry, the badge is not as important as Etsy would have us think.  It is unlikely to make a difference.

Star Seller is fully automated and Etsy does not make adjustments.  As above, download the CSV to see which message Etsy says was not responded to in time.

check the csv file, it will show you which one etsy thinks you did not respond to in time
