Missing order from orders page

Went to print my orders, it says 5 new orders and I saw 5 orders on my phone earlier but now I can only see 4 orders on my desktop (even though it says 5 at the top of the page) and I cant get into my orders at all on the app.

This has also happened to me, I am just on the live chat with Etsy now.

Same, one order disappeared and my recent activity box says it can't load

I can't load any of my orders or completed orders.

Just got an email that Etsy is investigating.

I was on with Etsy live chat and they were just informing me that they also couldn't see the order at their end, and were just saying they were going to look into it fiurther and send me a follow up email, I tried refreshing orders and the missing order has now reappeared.

I've had similar experiences in the past. Etsy removed those orders because either the buyer didn't complete the payment or the buyer's account was suspicious. I appreciated Etsy for doing that because those buyers could have been scammed, and I could have lost money and my products. Maybe your situation is similar?

It was an Etsy issue/bug which they fixed really quickly.
