The total on Packing Slip is Not correct

I went to print a packing slip this morning, and something is definitely off. The purchase price is $78.00 + $3.98 for Sales Tax, so the Total would be $81.98. But the Total shows as $70.28...... 

Is there a New Moon out in yonder.....

Maybe they got an Etsy - provided coupon or discount?  Click the order to open the full receipt, and see what the Buyer paid.

Weird - but there is probably an explanation.

thanks so much, PillowDetails, But no, I only ship within the US. My main concern is if my Customer reads this, what will they think about this 'simple math' issue..

Are you sure that is USD?  Could be the buyer had their settings for another currency. I know you said that you only ship within the US but that doesn't mean the buyer didn't pay using a different currency despite a US address.

thank you so much, Frapperie, but it didn't have anything next to the Total to show a different currency. 

Very strange, But the good thing is it's not happening in this shop.

If I get another sale in that shop, it'll be interesting to see how things look on paper....lol
