Missing customer service badges for March

Hello.

I expected that I would not meet the sales and orders criteria for Star Seller this month as my orders did not meet the minimum £200.  However Etsy says that I didn't earn any badges for March.  This is wrong, as I met the criteria for badges for speedy messages (100%), for reviews (4.9), for orders (over the minimum5) and for on-time dispatch and tracking (100%). 

I need these badges to be awarded and shown on my shop as soon as possible. Star Seller is a bad enough system anyway without the rewards not actually being issued.

You have to meet the sales totals before any badges are awarded.  You get no badges until you have 5 orders and $300 in the previous three months.

Sales is the one criteria that you have to meet in order to get any of the badges unfortunately.  Honestly I wouldn't worry too much about it.  The star seller does not seem to affect sales one way or the other.

We double-checked your Star Seller for the previous review period and it appears that you didn't reached the Sales requirements. Please know that aside from the customer-centric metric, you must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and as a seller from the UK, you must have £200 in sales during the 3-month evaluation period. You need to look at the detailed report Etsy offers. You are missing the message badge, the report can tell you the issue.
