I need help logging into my seller account

I am receiving orders and can’t login. I hit forgot password and still have not received and reset

Do you have any recovery codes you could use instead?  

How many times have you clicked forgot password?  Can you click it again?

If it doesn't seem to be working then try using a different browser, Chrome or Firefox, to see if that might help.

Are you sure you entered the correct email address? If you have a different email address listed with Etsy, then that is the address the password reset goes to. It won't be sent to an email address that is different from the one on your account.

You can also clear your cache and try refreshing your email. Check your spam folders in case it went there.
