Missing Tracking Info (Incorrect)

The background shows 1order missing tracking info, however, I can query the single number of this delivery goods logistics, may I ask why there is such a situation, my delivery number is 92001903470167300005932223.

And the customer also did receive express delivery, is 2 months ago the order, has not yet fixed this logistics trajectory, want Etsy official to help me check and modify, if can not modify please explain why.

There are only other sellers here. You will have to check that the shipping company is recognised by Etsy, if it is, send them a screenshot from the postal website showing the scans and delivery confirmation, order and tracking details via the help section in your dashboard to check.

You can also download your stats on the star seller page, locate the order in question to see what the issue was.

There are only other sellers here. You will have to check that the shipping company is recognised by Etsy, if it is, send them a screenshot from the postal website showing the scans and delivery confirmation, order and tracking details via the help section in your dashboard to check.

You can also download your stats on the star seller page, locate the order in question to see what the issue was.

Unfortunately, Etsy can’t help you here. This is a peer to peer forum. You have a limited window to correct mistakes with Etsy ( I think that’s what your asking) approx 3 days ( is that correct?) to fix any information that you input into your deliveries. Then it’s locked in. It’s happened to me as well. Why is this not fixable, good question. I guess it has more to do with, there are not enough hours in the day and not a big enough team to fix sellers mistakes after all …….there are millions of shops here.

if the customer was happy with their purchase and delivery went well, that’s what’s important here. Don’t focus on a small error and keep on keeping on.

you have to select the correct shipping service you used, from the dropdown menu, and that shipping service has to be recognised by aftership, and entered by the ship date.

If you download the csv for last review period on star seller, it shows what info etsy can, and cannot pick up,

What info does the csv say is missing for that order?

If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

If that does not work and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

@VolcanoKingCoffee   NEver include information such as the tracking number.  You are not speaking to Etsy here.  You are speaking to fellow sellers.

It sounds like the item never got updated by USPS.  You can ask Etsy to update the tracking information.  Do not say anything about star seller as that shuts down help quickly.
