Mix up between sellers APP and buyers APP

I used to be able to go to my main page as a seller and go to the top right corner and see how many people had my product in their carts, now it transfers me to the buyers APP listings. anyone else have those issues? It’s very hard to get any customer service through ETSY🧐

Is this on the app?  In the upper right hand corner of a browser never had that ability.  Can only see what people have in carts on each listing on the shop home page.
