My Star Seller dashboard says 3 orders missing tracking Info. When I look at the CSV it shows it to be my last 3 orders shipped but the tracking shows on my completed orders. Is this a bug?

@SweetSamantha : How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

It may not be a missing tracking number but the date it was shipped. If you ship later than the ship by date shown on the listing you get dinged for late shipping.

I never ship late and it specifically says 3 orders missing tracking info. I always ship qith tracking and tracking number shows on all orders.

It currently says I have 9 orders without tracking and I ALWAYS ship with tracking. So i'm not sure what to do about that??

The star seller calculations update daily, roughly, so if this is something that just happened, it is possible it will be calculated correctly in the coming 24-48 hours. I get that from time to time. Etsy having their own twilight zone, as opposed to your time zone, will calculate shipping or changing the ship date as missing a tracking, but every time for me anyway, it has been corrected in roughly 24-48 hours with the daily update. I'm not sure about weekend updates, so that's why I say 48 hours-ish. Hopefully that's all it is for you.

@Emberleatherco: A shop is eligible for Star Seller 90 days after their first sale. If all other criteria are met, Star would be awarded on the following 1st of the month.

I think if I’m looking at the chart right that it’s packages that were sent out this week or last week. So I’ll wait a few days and see if that changes. All my packages are always sent usps - first class or priority and always with tracking - and all have been scanned in (except the ones I sent today which will probably pick up tonight - they show scanned in at usps but not on Etsy yet).

It says that I’m missing tracking info on an order I shipped out on time and had a tracking number. How do I get this fixed . I should be at almost 100 percent for my shipping times . And do you have to be with Etsy 90 days before you can be a star seller ? Cause I have reached all the criteria besides the shipping mistake on my tracking number that says it’s not there but it is .

I have the same issue, no response when I contacted Etsy. Delivered items marked as “in transit” with Etsy. Happened in the fall, too, and cost me my star seller.

I have the same problem. This has been going on for the better part of 6 months. I've been in chats with Etsy numerous times and no one could figure out why. I was assured on multiple occasions that it was fixed and to give it 24-48 hours, but it never was resolved. Etsy support ultimately sent me here, where it appears this is a known problem that they have no intentions of fixing.
