I have listing for add ons that customers can purchase AFTER they order something (such as upgrade my shipping). It is technically NOT a physically shipped item like the original order, therefor when I mark it complete there is not shipping tracking info. This has been counted AGAINST me shipping badge even tho nothing is being shipped! How do I go about fixing this?
You need to put the same tracking number into each order that ships together.
Adding... This will not fix your star seller status if the ship-by date has already passed on those orders. But at least you'll do it correctly in the future.
