I'm a bit confused, I have missed out on my star seller this month due to apparently missing a processing time deadline. However, I was well within processing and dispatch windows. Is there any way to contest this?
This has been an ongoing issue since November of 2022. In my case, I discovered that for some reason an international order is not showing in the file for that period. It is like the order doesn't exist except since it is missing it is counting that against me. I sent all of the information to them showing them the issue but like everyone else, the only thing I get is we're aware of the issue and we're looking at it. I am already very close to losing my SS status due to this and if the international shipping is the issue with mine, then I am screwed because I shipped another international order this month.
I basically just gave up caring any more about it. Star Seller doesn't mean much anyway, and Etsy keeps screwing it up, so I no longer care if I have it or not.
