Hallo,

ik kreeg een melding van etsy staff dat een klant mijn produkt  heeft gekocht en betaald, maar ik kan helaas niet zien in de bestel schermpje van mijn winkel.

If it's not on your orders page, it's not an order. The 'Etsy staff' would not contact you like this. It's a scam.

Als er niks in uw bestel schermpje staat dan is er ook geen bestelling geplaatst. Deze bericht was van een oplicher en meestal vragen ze voor uw email.

Pas op voor deze oplichers, ze nemen contact op via uw berichten in Etsy of via uw email (controleer goed dat deze echt van Etsy komen, ze zullen nooit vragen om ergens op een link te drukken), ze doen of de berichten van Etsy afkomen maar dat is niet waar.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.

It is a FAKE message and a SCAM. Are they asking your for your email or to click on a link to "verify" your account?

They are trying to get your financial information and scam you out of money.
