Maybe two weeks ago every time I try to add or create a new category for my listings, the page gives me an error message. I would appreciate any suggestions you can give me.

Just throwing out some general troubleshooting - have you cleared your cookies or tried it on a different browser yet?
I would try a different browser to see if you get a different result. Chrome always seems to work for me.
I think it’s because they have removed ‘other’ from the list of useable shipping options..
try reloading, using a shipping setting that is one of their set options…
