I lost my star seller badge for February as Etsy said I replied more than 24 hours later to a message. I have downloaded my messages & it says I didn’t reply to a message sent on January 4th until January 10th! This is totally incorrect, I have checked the messages to my customer & she messaged me on the 4th January & I replied back to her on the 4th January. My star seller badge was wrongly taken from me for February & it is now going to be taken again for March. Please look into this ASAP & correct the mistake, thank you.

Etsy has said repeatedly that they will not go back and retrospectively 'fix' things to do with the SSP. In any case, the forums are not the way to contact Etsy. It's usually just your fellow sellers here.

@LilRoomCreations  There is no need to apologise as Etsy sends people here for help because they  do not want to deal with you/me/or anyone.

That said--they will not correct the star seller stats even if it their mistake. They have said so. The entire SS program is run by bots--no humans involved.
