So how does a seller answer customer questions when the messages don't show up ? And how does one get anything fixed, as there's no one to even talk to. We pay a sellers fee, and there's no help. The only answer you get is we got your question (mail) but they never answer your mail, it just says we got it...

I know how to hit reply.
The message wasn't showing up period.
If it does not show up, how do you know you have a message?
While scrolling though old messages, I seen new ones.

@GleefullyCrocheting Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess). If you are using an app, the consensus seems to be to manage messages and orders via a browser not the app.
I don't use app. and Etsy fixed this issue a while back. Thanks.
