Hi Everyone, I'm the one who had issues logging in due to a new phone number. Everything has been resolved. Want to thank everyone who chimmed in, the community of people, all were amazing. You're all a great community of creators and specialists in your own right, don't forget that when responding to posts. People do help if given time believe me I know stress well. Birthing twins with down sydnrome broke my heart for them and taught me more about myself. Yes, I know stress in many ways even with brides who just want a special day. I'm learning patience even still just when I thought my twins taught me that, it's still on going. We all are a work in progress at any age. Thank you to everyone who offered input trying anything they could to help. My heart is full from all of you. To Etsy well most say it's difficult to reach for help. I think, no I know, it's because it takes time and you've got to make your voice heard in a respectful manner. One gets what they give it is true. They are listening and will come to your aide just try not to lose it in the meantime. LOL! To all on Etsy keep pushing forward pay attention to your instincts and have a beautiful rest of the Year! I'm applauding all of you!

@HeartofMePaperie I'm so glad your issue got resolved. I, along with several other "forum regulars," flagged your thread and issue for Forum Admins. I was so pleased when I saw @FabioMcMustache jumped in, got help for you, and got the issue resolved in what seemed a fairly short time after our SOS.
