Identity confirmation. On vacation?

I received an order 1 week ago, my buyer asked me to hold onto the item in order to prevent damage during shipment due to the heat index. 
Etsy also asked me to confirm my identity via a picture of my drivers license. 
I did this and corrected anything that didn’t match the information given originally (My last name has changed since I opened my shop). 
Currently I’m stuck on vacation mode. when I attempt to change the status it refuses and says “cannot Change in this state”. 
Is this because of my unsent order, or because of my unconfirmed identity, and what can I do?

I would at this point contact the buyer and refund because you don't know when this will be corrected unless you extended the shipping date out far enough that there may be enough time to solve this.

Since you started your shop under a different name, you will need to contact Etsy to explain that you married and are now using xxxxx but before you were xxxxx.

If you have tax ID such as an LLC under a different name or different information that is going to hamper things too.

What name is on your bank account?  Again that information has to match and it has to be full name.

It is the ID issue and not the unsent order.
