With the latest tinkering with Messenger/Messages, all of my convos have disappeared. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have doubles of everything and am being told I haven't answered the majority of messages despite it being I was the last one who answered. This is a giant mess

Something is going on, I answer all my message promptly and 47 just popped up like I haven't answered them... But I have.

Yes, it's the latest test. Mine were gone for at least a few hours, with the exception of the last few convos including where they brought back ones I had spammed, but they appear to be back now.
