Since yesterday there is a glitch in the Star Seller calculation. My shipping and tracking rate says, that I have not submitted tracking information for several orders. That is not true. I am always at 100% tracking information. When I download the history file and click on the links for orders without shipping, the orders all have tracking information in the order details!
There is another glitch with calculation the reviews. Yesterday I had a buyer change his review from 4 star to 5 star and the change is not reflecting in the calculation.
Etys, please fix this.
