Hello please help me, for almost a month now all my messages went all to spam and I only found out because someone sent me a message from another account and then I took them all out of spam but it was a month ago but I lost a lot of money and now my message response rate went from 100% to 78% and this is not ok. I was at 100% on everything and I have called and messaged Etsy for them to tell me I didn’t respond to them but that is 10”% not true. I respond in seconds to all messages day and night so I’m very upset. I lost money and now I have to take a bad rating for messages going to spam and out of my control? And a simple email to let everyone know would have been great!!!
Yes, Etsy is aware that new non-spam have been going to spam. Etsy is fixing and supposedly will restore any SS lost because of this.
