Payment

Even though my daily payment option has been selected for about a week, Etsy did not send the payment to my bank. Even though I contacted support, I could not get any results. It will be almost 10 days and my daily payment request has still not been fulfilled. Is there anyone experiencing a similar situation? Note: I did not change any bank or credit card.

maybe they are having an issue with your bank anyway.

i noticed you are in turkey.

and i know nothing about payment stuff for turkey.

No, there is no problem with my bank in Turkey. I have received regular payments for months. They have not sent the payment to my bank in the last week. If Etsy sent the money, I would contact my bank, but my money is waiting as deposit. There is no reserve.

It looks like you may be a relatively new Shop? Your first Review was in 18 March 2024

Have you checked to see if Etsy has placed a Payment Reserve Minimum on your account? It is not unusual for Etsy to impose a Payment Reserve on new Shops, especially if Sales Activity shows an uptick in a short space of time.

Another possibility is that Etsy may have asked you to verify your Bank Account Details. Again, it is not unusual for a new Shop to have some initial sales which then trigger a "verification" request.

Changing the Deposit Schedule does not trigger any "hold" on funds.

No, I have a store that is about 7 months old. And I made certain sales and received payments and did not have any reserve problems. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. I changed my payment plan and the result is still the same. In response to my support request, I was told that my money would be deposited on the day in my payment plan, but my money was not deposited again. There was no response to my subsequent requests. What should I do?

Have you ever received a deposit since opening your shop? Perhaps your bank account has not been verified yet. Did Etsy send you a tiny deposit to your bank account yet?

Yes of course I bought it. I've been taking it for months and haven't had any problems. My bank has been approved for months and I know how the system works.
