Hello- I've had a total of 17 inbound messages this month and Etsy is only counting 14 in my Star Seller Criteria. All have been initial messages from new buyers and I am not including ongoing messages. Please advise.
@GinaBeeSweet: Are you basing this on the CSV file available from your Star Seller page? That data is what Star Seller metrics are based on. Keep in mind that a new incoming thread is not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied.
