Two of my orders are showing as proof transit even though they were delivered many days ago, and another is shown as untracked, even though I entered the Inpost tracking and using that shows as delivered. These issues are meaning I won't make star seller this month. Are these affecting others ( in the UK) too?
We've double-checked the order that is affecting your Star Seller, and it appears that the number entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. It is also possible that the wrong carrier may have been added or chosen. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.
