Hello everyone,
I haven't been able to respond to my clients. I have not spammed anyone and I have not sent messages to multiple people. Just regular use of my messaging on placed orders. One day, I just couldn't reply to any of my clients. It gives me an error message saying that my client is muted. Does anybody know how to fix this? I was told before that if you send out a lot of messages to multiple, your message privileges could be taken away but I haven't done any of this. Usually I would reply to 3 or 4 clients per day. I'm desperate, I'm losing future sales and orders that have been placed because my clients think I'm ignoring them.
