Hello everyone,

I haven't been able to respond to my clients. I have not spammed anyone and I have not sent messages to multiple people. Just regular use of my messaging on placed orders. One day, I just couldn't reply to any of my clients. It gives me an error message saying that my client is muted. Does anybody know how to fix this? I was told before that if you send out a lot of messages to multiple, your message privileges could be taken away but I haven't done any of this. Usually I would reply to 3 or 4 clients per day. I'm desperate, I'm losing future sales and orders that have been placed because my clients think I'm ignoring them.

I see that our support team has recently been in contact with regard to your concerns. Moving forward, they will handle this case directly with you, so please check the most recent email you have received and respond to it should you have any questions.
