My customer cant make the payment

Hello Everyone! I recently opened my store ,yesterday my first customer message me with issue about making payment.

She said the 'proceed to checkout' button is grey and not able to checkout.

Does anyone knows how to solve this or tell me who should i contact with!

Just so you know, I just put one of your items in my cart, and proceeded to checkout without any problems. So it is not a storwide issue with your shop. Thought you would at least like to know that info.

@CrystalLuminos I am in Australia and I can place an item in my Cart and proceed to Checkout with no issue. Etsy Payments are showing as active.

@dandelionPrints05 You have Pay Pal only, as you are located in India. Whilst International Buyers should have no issue using Pay Pal to purchase from you, it has been reported previously that local Indian Buyers are unable to use Pay Pal to purchase from Indian Shops as Pay Pal withdrew (limited) services in India

Maybe your shipping settings don't include the customer's country.
