Messages are not being marked as replied

My star seller score has gone down. I have been responding to messages within the 24 hour timeframe. When I reply it still shows as not replied. I send a second message and get the automated response to say thanks for responding fast ??

I'm finding that sometimes it takes a few hours to reflect that you've responded to that first message and then usually takes 24 hours to update on your star seller score. Have you downloaded the message breakdown history to see which messages you didn't respond to in time?
