I'm trying to upload a shop video to my shop story section. Each time I try, it says "Processing failed. Try adding your video again." So far I've tried to do it in Chrome, Firefox, and the Sell on Etsy app on iOS. I've also converted the .mov file to a .mp4 file and it still isn't working. I get the same message in each browser that I try, as well as the app.
Any suggestions? This is very frustrating after finally getting around to making the video in the first place!
Many thanks:)

Does the video meet Etsy’s size specifications?
Size - 300 MB max
Format - MOV, MPEG, AVI, MP4, M4V
Aspect ratio - We have no requirements but strongly recommend landscape videos.
Length - We recommend not exceeding 2 minutes. Any video over 10 minutes may experience longer than usual upload times.
Caption - 120 characters max
same here..frustrating
My video falls withing etsy guidelines but i'm getting the same problem--- uploads to about 7% then starts over a few times then finally says it failed... any solutions would be appreciated.
Mine uploads all the way and then gets to "Processing. We'll let you know when it's ready to share" then never uploads
Same here. I've tried to find an answer... but coming up empty. Frustrating not being able to upload a profile video, when Etsy is so strongly recommending it...
