Messages Not Arriving or Sending in Timely Manner

I have made sure to answer all of my messages but when I log on 12 hours later, a first message is now over a day old.  Or I reply to a message and it says message sent only to see the next day that my reply is not there.  Today, I was logged in on my laptop on Chrome and it showed 1 unanswered message but I had replied to every message.  I happened to look on the Ethyl Seller app and it showed an unread message that was 11 hours old.  I refreshed Chrome and that particular message is still not showing up.   I answered it on my phone using the app and the message waiting on the ap indicated went away.  Has anyone else experience similar issues?  I can never be a star seller if I cannot receive the messages in a timely manner.

log into your account once a day from a browser, not the app

there are so many things in between, such as your e-mail provider, and phone service, that it does not make sense to ever rely on e-mail messages

The OP is having problems using e-mail to-and-fro on their phone, to answer messages

If you use a browser to access etsy, you don't use e-mail,

If you have a problem using messages from the dashboard on a browser, it's a different problem.
