My messages have been disabled (no indication as to why, all I have used them for is to answer seller questions). I managed to get hold of an "agent" about a month ago now who said they would look into this, but I have heard nothing since.
Each time I open the 24/7 chat I can see my old messages but never get connected to anyone, and never get a reply when I try sending new messages.
Can anyone help with how I can actually contact Etsy support, and ultimately get this resolved?

Can you advise how to do this please? When I go via the "contact us" link it takes me back (eventually) to the 24/7 chat and the same problem I mention above persists.
