I just noticed my stats are wrong. It shows that there was no tracking for all my orders on 2/5/2024, yet all have tracking, as labels were bought on etsy. This caused a 100% to drop to 94%... 1 no response to a buyers help ( I issed a full refund and forgot to reply) dropped me from 100% to 94 too!!! Really??? How do I get this corrected?
Did you look at the CSVs on star seller to see which one they say had no tracking? Etsy has said that they will not manually adjust anything having to do with star seller, but if you did buy them on etsy, it might merit contacting them.
As to the 1 no response, you didn't reply. That's how it works, especially if it was a Help Request to cancel or to report an issue.

If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

Help Requests ALWAYS start a new thread, and as it says right on your Star Seller page and elsewhere, you need to reply to the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else. If it is SPAM then it should be marked as such.
the messages doesn't need to be corrected, it is accurate.
Did you ship on time ? download the ship-on-time-with-tracking csv, there are 3 fields that any one culd affect the stat, - which ones are the problem?
