I hope a "Buyer" is not asking for your email; saying they need it for you to make a sale.  If this is happening, it is a SCAM, and they are trying to hack you. Do not engage and Mark the Message as Spam. A Buyer never needs your email to make sale. Stay safe.

This is the common SCAM going around. You can't send a message back because etsy already identified them as a spammer and deleted their account.
