Since Thursday, February 9, I have been having SSL Error- Site can't provide a secure connection issues.
When trying to access Etsy app (for shopping) the "UH OH error" comes up and tells me an SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server can not be made.
This error comes up when I access through my phone through google browser, through the Etsy seller app, and through the Etsy shopping app.
Customers have complained that they can not search my listings by clicking nor downloading their digital products.
Looks like this issue is when my shop is being accessed through "Online/over the web" on a mobile device.
I contacted Etsy support and they were no help. It is still happening every hour.
