Message unable to send

I keep getting a message that says my shop is unable to process new orders and that I have to type my email address in the message box.  However when I do this it says message unable to send.  Is there something wrong

It is a scam, you are lucky Etsy removed the user account before you could reply

Never give personal or financial information in messenger

Never click on links, can QR codes or download anything in messenger.

Anyone can contact you via a chat or messaging system and claim to be someone they are not.

Put all those messages in Spam

Yes definitely a scam. That's an old one that's been going on for months. They are trying to steal your credit card details.

Check the 'from Etsy' folder for genuine messages from Etsy.
